“I started having Accupuncture done by Lauren back in Nov 25. Went in struggling to walk with a stick and after about 4 sessions my knee felt so much better and I am now stick free. I can't believe what a difference it has made. Lauren's friendly and calm manner make the experience pleasurable. I always look forward to going. I would highly recommend Lauren and want to thank her for getting me feeling more like myself again.”

A clinic established in 1992

This lovely Clinic, established in 1992, nestles in a quiet courtyard at the top of Skipton's High Street on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.

The Craven Clinic Ltd is owned and run by Nikki Cookson, who has also been a therapist at the Clinic since 2009. Nikki also brings over 20 years experience as a senior nurse in the NHS, and she believes holistic therapies should run side-by-side traditional medicine.

It is a place where change, healing and feeling better about life occur in a safe, loving environment. It's a judgement-free zone where you can feel sure your problems will be treated with respect and integrity.
